 | Artist: Todd Snider Review: Snider?s last two albums are fantastic, showing off an ace songwriter and a funny motherfucker. This odds-and-sods collection isn?t as strong, or as distinct, as either, but it still has plenty of good stuff: namely, warm, tuneful acoustic material like the sad story-song ?Some Things Are? and sort-of-country stuff like ?Combover Blues,? in which not even weed can cheer up the broke-down narrator anymore.
